Shipper is the owner or agent for the legal owner for the vehicle(s).
The shipper and All states Auto Transport Inc. agree to the following:

- 2-All States Auto Transport Inc. will provide a carrier to transport the vehicle(s) on the first available pick up date or as close thereafter as possible but cannot guarantee pick up or delivery on any specific date. All states Auto Transport Inc. does not provide rental vehicles.

- 3- If the shipper cancels an order prior to the pick up of the vehicle(s) the shipper will receive a full refund of the deposit. All states Auto Transport Inc. reserves the right to cancel order and the shipper will receive a full refund of the deposit.

- 4-Door to Door, The carrier truck will get as close to the pick up and delivery location as possible. Truck restrictions, low trees, narrow roads, etc. may prevent the carrier truck from going right to these locations.

- 5-Shipper authorizes the carrier its agents and employees to drive, park and store the vehicle(s) between the pick up and delivery locations.
- 6-If the vehicle(s) are oversized, lifted, dual wheels, extended, low, none running, overloaded, etc. and All states Auto Transport Inc. was (not) notified prior to pick up, the carrier may require extra charges that will be paid by shipper cash or cashier’s check on delivery.

- 7-Personal items are limited to 50lbs. The carrier, agents or employees are not liable for items left in the vehicle(s). No valuables, pets, alcohol, fire arms, drugs, etc.
- 8-Shipper agrees that any and all claims are the sole responsibility of carrier who has liability and cargo insurance. All claims must be noted and signed by the driver at the time of delivery. Shipper agrees to hold All states Auto Transport Inc. harmless. Carrier’s insurance coverage can be provided once a carrier has been assigned.

- 9-Shipper is subject to the terms and conditions of the carrier’s straight uniform bill of lading.
These Terms and Conditions supersedes all prior oral or written representations of All states Auto Transport Inc. its employees or agents and constitutes the entire agreement between the shipper and All states Auto Transport Inc.
